Before mentioning everything let us discuss DEATH:

Krishna says it is very important to remember him at the time of Death.

"He who departs from the body, thinking of Me alone even at the time of death, attains my state; there is no doubt about it."
(Chap 8 -verse 5)

"Having by the power of Yoga firmly held the life-breath in the space between the two eyebrows even at the time of death, and then contemplating on God with a steadfast mind, full of devotion, he reaches verily that supreme divine Purusha (God)."
(Chap 8 -verse 10)

"Having closed all the doors of the senses, and firmly holding the mind on the heart and the life air at the top of the head, one establishes himself in yoga. After being situated in this yoga practice and vibrating the sacred OM, the supreme combination of letters, if one thinks of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and quits his body, he will certainly reach the spiritual planets."

(Chap 8 -verse 12,13)

Does one come back after death? When does one come back? When does one not come back?

Actually, in the previous question it is already answered in many verses. Please read here. Continuing the sequence is when Krishna also says the following:

"Arjuna, thinking of whatever entity one leaves the body at the time of death, that and that alone one attains, being ever absorbed in its thought."
(Chap 8 -verse 6)

"Therefore, Arjuna, think of Me at all times and fight. With mind and reason thus set on Me, you will doubtless come to Me."
(Chap 8 -verse 7)

Krishna says one who reaches him will never come back in the following verses:

"Far beyond the manifest, there is another unmanifest nature, which is eternal and is transcendental to this manifested and unmanifested matter. It is supreme and is never annihilated. When all this world is annihilated, that part remains as is."

(Chap 8 -verse 20)

"That which the Vedantists describe as unmanifest and infallible, that which is known as the supreme destination, that place from which, having attained it, one never returns - that is My supreme abode."
(Chap 8 -verse 21)

"The Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is greater than all, is attainable by exclusive devotion. Although He is present in His abode, He is all-pervading, and everything is situated within Him."
(Chap 8 -verse 22)

The different times at which death can occur decide if you are coming back or not. However, Krishna says that following the path of  devotion (the time of death doesn't matter) you reach him and never come back.

"Arjuna, I shall now tell you the different times at which, passing away from this world, the yogi does not come back."

(Chap 8 -verse 24)

"Arjuna, those who pass away during the influence of the fiery god, in the light, at an auspicious moment of the day, during the fortnight of the waxing moon, or during the six months when the sun travels in the north attain the Supreme and not come back."
(Chap 8 -verse 25)

"Arjuna, those who pass away from this world during the smoke, the night, the fortnight of the waning moon, or the 6 months when the sun passes to the south reach the moon planet, but again come back."
(Chap 8 -verse 26)

"According to Vedic opinion, there are 2 ways of passing through this world - one in light and one in darkness. When one passes in light, he does not come back; but when one passes in darkness, he returns."
(Chap 8 -verse 27)

"A person who accepts the path of devotional service is not bereft of the results derived from studying the Vedas, performing sacrifices, undergoing austerities, giving charity or pursuing philosophical and fruitive activities.. Simply by performing devotional service, he attains all these, and at the end he reaches the supreme eternal abode. "
(Chap 8 -verse 29)
