The power of devotion was known from the previous verses, but is Bhakti considered by God even more powerful than all our Karmas (thereby Karmayoga)? The answer is "yes" as the following verses in several chapters clearly explain.

"Neither by study of the Vedas nor by penance, nor by charity nor even by ritual can I bee seen in this form as you have seen Me."(Chap 11 -verse 53)

"Through single minded devotion, however, I can be seen in this form (vishwa roopa darshana). Only through this way you can completely understand me."(Chap 11 -verse 54)

"Arjuna, he who performs all his duties for My sake, depends on Me, is devoted to Me; he has no attachment and free from malice towards all beings, reaches Me."(Chap 11 -verse 55)

"Even those who execute their duties according to My injunctions and who follow this teaching faithfully, without envy, become free from the bondage of fruitive activities ."
(Chap 3 -verse 31)

"But, those who, out of envy, disregard these teachings and do not follow them regularly are considered bereft of all knowledge, be-fooled and ruined in their endeavors for perfection."
(Chap 3 -verse 32)

"Arjuna, whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer as oblation to the sacred fire, whatever you bestow as a gift, whatever you do by way of penance, offer it all to Me."
(Chap 9 -verse 27)

"With your mind thus established in the Yoga of renunciation (offering all actions to Me), you will be freed from the bonds of Karma in the shape of good and evil consequences; and freed from them, you will attain Me."
(Chap 9 -verse 28)

"Fix your mind one Me and establish your intellect in Me alone; thereafter you will abide solely in Me There is no doubt about it."
(Chap 12 -verse 8)

"If you cannot steadily fix the mind on Me, then seek to attain Me through the Yoga of repeated practice."
(Chap 12 -verse 9)

"If you cannot practice even this bhakti yoga, then just try to work for Me, because by working for Me you will come to the perfect stage."
(Chap 12 -verse 10)

"If, taking recourse to the yoga of My realization, you are unable to do even this, then subduing your mind and intellect - relinquish the fruit of all actions."
(Chap 12 -verse 11)

"If you cannot take to this practice, then engage yourself in the cultivation of knowledge. Better than knowledge, however, is meditation, and better than meditation is renunciation of fruits of actions, for by such renunciation one can attain peace of mind."
(Chap 12 -verse 12)
